Responsibilities:

  • Assist Speech-Language Pathologists with assessments and therapy sessions, both in-clinic and virtually.
  • Prepare and organize materials and resources for therapy activities.
  • Provide support during therapy sessions, including documentation and tracking client progress.
  • Educate clients and families on strategies to enhance communication skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment in the clinic and ensure effective virtual session setups.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant certification or coursework in Communications Disorders.
  • Experience or training in a private clinic setting preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Comfort with conducting virtual sessions and using telehealth platforms.

We are expanding our team and are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP). New graduates are welcome, and we provide mentorship to support your professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in-clinic and virtually.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective care.
  • Conduct therapy sessions both one-on-one and in group settings, adapting to in-clinic and virtual formats.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid licensure with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
  • Previous clinical experience in a similar setting preferred but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfort with conducting virtual sessions and using telehealth platforms.
