We are expanding our team and welcome Communications Disorders Assistants (CDA) to apply. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and we offer mentorship to support your professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists with assessments and therapy sessions, both in-clinic and virtually.
- Prepare and organize materials and resources for therapy activities.
- Provide support during therapy sessions, including documentation and tracking client progress.
- Educate clients and families on strategies to enhance communication skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment in the clinic and ensure effective virtual session setups.
Qualifications:
- Relevant certification or coursework in Communications Disorders.
- Experience or training in a private clinic setting preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfort with conducting virtual sessions and using telehealth platforms.

We are expanding our team and are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP). New graduates are welcome, and we provide mentorship to support your professional development.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in-clinic and virtually.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure effective care.
- Conduct therapy sessions both one-on-one and in group settings, adapting to in-clinic and virtual formats.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid licensure with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO).
- Previous clinical experience in a similar setting preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfort with conducting virtual sessions and using telehealth platforms.
